"Excellent service from Joe Angilletta and Mike D’Onofrio, in person State Farm agency in Bedford Hills, NY. It is impossible to find this kind of customer service anymore. Meeting face to face, I was able to cancel current policies and sign up with State Farm at very competitive prices. They both spent a lot of time explaining the policies, and making important adjustments that did not raise the price. Everything was explained thoroughly with attention to detail, and an honest desire to do what was best for me. They did not push other products and I am very happy to say goodbye to 800 numbers. If you prefer in person appointments and personal service this is the place to go."
